Purchase and subscription information
If you purchase a subscription or other product, the payment is typically processed by the platform or our payment processors. We may receive limited information about your purchase (such as product, subscription status, renewal and expiration dates, and transaction identifiers) to provide access and support.

- Legal compliance and to protect rights, safety, and property.
How we share information
We may share information in the following situations:
- Service providers that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, customer support, Airtable for data storage, and communication tools). They may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) to measure performance and, where enabled, to support marketing and attribution. These partners may use cookies/SDKs and similar technologies subject to their own policies.
- Legal and safety when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business (information may be transferred as part of that transaction).
- With your direction or consent (for example, when you choose to connect a third-party service).
Tracking, analytics, and advertising
We may use analytics tools and advertising technologies (including pixels and SDKs) to understand usage, measure performance, and support marketing. On iOS, when required, we may request your permission before engaging in tracking (for example, via Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework). Your device and platform settings may allow you to limit certain tracking.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals; there is no consistent industry standard for responding, so our Services may not respond to all such signals.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and improving the Services. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it is collected.
Your choices and rights
- Access and update: you may be able to access or update certain information in your account settings (if available).
- Account deletion: you can delete your account in-app (for example, in Settings). You can also request deletion by contacting hello@cozyparadise.info. We will take reasonable steps to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to legal requirements and permitted retention.
- Marketing: you can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages (if applicable).
- Cookies: you can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, consent tools.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to certain processing). You can contact us to exercise rights that apply to you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
