Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Account deletion: you can delete your account in-app (for example, in Settings). You can also request deletion by contacting hello@cozyparadise.info. Some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the security or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to post unlawful content.

Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

The Services may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is governed by the applicable platform terms, and the platform processes payment.

• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel, subscriptions may automatically renew at the then-current price for your plan.
• Cancel anytime: you can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store / Play Store account settings.
• Trials and promotions: if offered, trials may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds: refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies.

We may change pricing or available plans from time to time to the extent permitted by law and platform rules. Where required, we will provide notice.

User content

You may be able to submit content through the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Services, and as otherwise permitted by these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Services and all related content (excluding User Content) are owned by Cozy Paradise LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Services may include content related to relationships and communication. The Services do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice. If you need professional help, please seek a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Paradise LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cozy Paradise LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by law, you and Cozy Paradise LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting updated Terms and updating the effective date). Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
